  • Joe spend a few hours with me reviewing my current auto and home policies and comparing them to Farmers policies. Not only do I have new policies from Farmers I actually understand the coverage's and to top it off Joe saved us $$ on both policies. Definitely recommend reaching out to Joe for your insurance needs.

Way to expensive for the teachers not to do there jobs. Paid for his pictures a month ago never received them. He has sun screen never used it on my son so he got sun burned on his little cheeks. The one teacher speaks sometimes when I dropped my son off very rude and stuck up at this place. My son will not be coming back.He always had someone else clothes or snacks in his book bag.

For anyone who is considering Watch Me Learn Daycare in Woolwich, please read this post. I have worked in the field of education for almost two decades. I have a doctorate in education and I am currently a school administrator. When my son was 12 weeks old, I enrolled him in WML. The infant room was great. The teachers were attentive and my child appeared to be happy. When he was about a year old, he moved to the next classroom. Over a period of 6 months, my son was hurt 10 times. Only 7 injuries were reported to me. Each time my child was hurt, I was told that it was my child's fault. He was bitten because they think he pulled a little boy's shirt (it happened so quickly they couldn't tell me exactly what happened). Another time he was bitten when he and two other children were fighting over a toy (it was one of the two children, but they aren't sure which child bit him). He cracked his head on the corner of something because his right foot turns in or maybe he needed new shoes (they weren't sure if he hit his head on the corner of the wall or on the crib). Upon further investigation I learned that each time my son was hurt, he was not being properly supervised. I would ask the teachers what happened and I received responses such as,"Don't ask me, I was changing a diaper" or "I didn't see it happen, I was taking the garbage out." Finally, I was giving my son a bath and discovered what appeared to be scratches from an adult's finger nails on his arm. When I inquired about this injury, I was told by the owner that maybe it's eczema and I should take my son to the doctor. It was clearly a scratch, not eczema. The next day my son had a huge gash across his nose and eye when I picked him up (also not reported to me). Around this time, my son was displaying a great deal of anxiety at drop off. He would cling to us and cry every morning. I finally asked the director to check the camera to determine how my child was hurt. After several days with no response, I called the director and was told that she did not see anything on the video. The owner followed up with an email that stated that I should find a new school for my son if I do not think my son is being properly supervised. I was told that I had two weeks to find a new school. I also learned that within days of my final complaint, my son's teacher who had worked at WML for 7 years was fired. I couldn't help but wonder if it had to do with the scratches on my son's arm. In my experience at WML I found the owner and her staff to be defensive and rude. They showed a blatant disregard for my son's safety and happiness. Rather than taking responsibility for incorrect staff to child ratios, failure to communicate properly or to report incidents, they suggested that my child was at fault each time he was hurt. Granted, I know a one year old will fall and occasionally be hurt. But I expect that someone should be able to tell me exactly how it occurred and assure me that they will try harder to keep my child safe. My child attends a new daycare and once again loves school. There is no clinging or crying at drop off, and after four months at his new school he has not been injured. The staff communicates with us frequently and effectively, the appropriate level of supervision is always provided, and most importantly my child is happy. As an educator and as a parent, I would strongly suggest that you look into other schools in the area before selecting Watch Me Learn.

  • I have the honor to say that I have been with the Goddard school for almost 4 years . The First time I walked in there I knew my children would be in a warm & caring enviroment . As my children went there through the years the Goddard School became a apart of our family. I do not trust anyone to care for my children , But I can tell you I trust the Goddard school . I never had to worry about a thing . My older son who will be 7 still wants to go to the Goddard school. He looks forward going for camp in the summer. The owner ,directors & teachers are amazing people . They have a great curriculum for all ages .I don't know what I would do without my Goddard family ... I am thankful & greatful that I have the Goddard school ...
