  I am choosing to change banks because their online and mobile banking are awful. The mobile app is never up to date, meaning it will show you older, not up-to-date balances or transactions. I panicked thinking my account was compromised only to realize, the app was showing me transactions from December when I was Christmas shopping, when the month was actually late January. This is not just in off business hours or days, this is in the middle of a business day. I checked online and it mirrored the not updated info that was also in the app. System updates can have you without information for 3 to 4 days sometimes. If I can't see up to date information that makes me nervous about their systems which are keeping track of my money. I've sent emails about this and got a message to call them back.
